JumpStarter 2023 is a non-profit project sponsored and co sponsored by Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund, Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Department, Hong Kong Science Park, Hong Kong Cyberport, HSBC Group, and others. It is reported that the top 30 companies shortlisted this year will directly receive investment evaluations and receive a total of 5 million US dollars in investment funds. In addition, the competition has set up a cash prize of HKD 1 million to award outstanding teams, with the champion receiving a prize of HKD 300000.
